I am a Wisconsin girl through and through…born and raised. I received my undergraduate and Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse and have am a Certified Professional Life Coach through the University of Wisconsin. Go Badgers!

I have taught high school, college, and coached at the University of Wisconsin for 9 seasons.

My greatest joys include spending time with my husband and two daughters.

I love curling up with a good book, a cozy blanket, and simmering cup of coffee.

I am truly passionate about helping others live their best lives through the transformative work of life coaching.
